Davitt Design Build Wins a CotY Award

 

 NARI bestowed its coveted Regional Contractor of the Year (CotY) for 2011 to Davitt Design Build of West Kingston, RI, in the category of “Residential Exterior $100,000 and Over.” In accordance with coastal, town and DEM regulations, the flat-roofed 1950s-era waterfront home received a second floor with sprawling ocean views, brand-new roofline, outside deck and a whole lot more curb appeal.
